We we’re contact by Buffets 4 Business who is a popular lunch caterer for the Corporate Offices throughout Berkshire.  Catering for Reading, Bracknell, Slough, Maidenhead, Theale and Windsor. With  delivery to local towns of High Wycombe, Marlow,  Loudwater, Camberley and Fleet.  Secure transportation of their platters was paramount. Cling film was no longer cutting it.

Dedicated to business needs Buffets 4 Business deliver over 30 types of delicious buffet lunches.  For greater variety they also offer over 50 ways to upgrade or add extras to your lunch.  Every buffet is beautifully consistent and different every day. As mentioned Cling film not only didn’t have the secure properties of Shrink wrapping, but it also costs more, has a higher wastage rate, and is high in labour costs.

Our role after an initial conversation was supply a solution which would eradicate the use of cling film that the firm still use for their transportation, having realised that Buffets for business firmly believe in the power of presentation and invest heavily in service.

All their buffets are delivered on recyclable trays which are suitable to be left in a meeting room or set up in a break room their trays are complimentary for your lunch and perfect for recycling, however, the cost of using cling film was increasingly contributing to reduced margins, didn’t really have the wow factor from a presentation point of view, and didn’t keep the food safe.

Buffets for business are a GREEN COMPANY and keep their carbon footprint as low as possible. All their platters can be disposed of responsibly. We had to add value to this by using the appropriate film through our shrink wrapping machines which is again recyclable and environmentally friendly.
