We recommend that customers consider taking out service contracts to reduce the possibility of breakdown and to extend the life of your machine. these contracts, which cover your shrink wrappers are important, as during the visit we carry out and leave you risk assessment documentation.

For health and safety legislation purposes we also provide a log to prove that by having the machinery regularly serviced by a “competent person” and that you have acted with ”due diligence” .

These contracts also ensure immediate attendance to breakdowns as a priority by an engineer, they reduce our labour charges to you by £10 each hour, they entitle you to a discount on film and they also significantly lengthen the working life of your machine.

Thus reducing your capital expenditure requirements. In the price of the contract is included two or three preventative maintenance visits per year during which we service the equipment. As these contracts represent such good value, it is fact almost 100% of our customer are on contract.

For a one off service you can either ring the office to arrange for our engineers to come to you or you can send your machine to us on a pallet service.
