Built accordingly to the highest manufacturing standards, the SPIROR line of horizontal stretch wrapping machines includes now a double roll version for models 300, 400, 600 and 900. The possible applications for these ROBOPAC machines are practically infinite and the high number of optional features available follows this phylosophy.

COLOUR TOUCH SCREEN The control panel has been newly designed, adopting it to a touch screen. Thanks to the large color screen this new panel allows you to create programs simply and immediately. It is supplied with more memory to record up to eight different programs. SPOOL CARRIAGE UNIT The spool carriage is equipped with quick lock and relese device that facilitates the operator’s job and minimizes inefficiencies in the wrapping process. CUTTING AND CLAMPING UNIT Clamp and cutting unit has been tested through simulations and in real conditions in order to provide the maximum efficiency and performances. The clamp and cut unit in the 300 Spiror machine is based on a hook and blade device while for the rest of the Spiror family machines it relies on a scissor like clamping unit and a rotating blade device. SPIROR ROTATION RING The rotating ring is built in single casting alluminum to guarantee great strength and reliability of the circular motion. Heavy duty built in single bear ring provides a reliable support and constant performances through time. PNEUMATIC PRESSURE The Pneumatic pressures ensure the vertical stability of the products during the wrapping process. The coating material, (nylon, PVC, polyurethane) can be changed as an option according to the product to be processed.
